Slices of fruit
Toast
Scrambled egg squares
Pancakes (rolled up with either jelly or scrambled egg in the middle)
French Toast
Waffle slivers or squares
Cereal Bars
LUNCH:
Sandwiches
Quiche
Spaghetti on bread
Slices of vegetables
Carrot or celery sticks
Cubed fruit (not in juice or sauce)
DINNER:
Strips of meat (as long as the person can bite off pieces)
Squares of meat
Chicken nuggets
Vegetable slices
Potato pancakes
Potato squares
Rice Cakes
Fruit slices
DESSERTS:
Ice cream sandwich
Popsicle
Brownie
Cookies
Fruit bar
